Aluminium Systems

When discussing the variety of profile systems, special attention must be given to Aluminum and specifically to VIAS Ltd., one of the market leaders in the extrusion of aluminum profile systems known under the brand name “VIVA PLAST”.

Aluminum is a versatile material, making it the second most widely used metal in the world. Its key properties include lightness, resistance to corrosion and UV rays, excellent durability under extreme weather conditions (from -80°C to +100°C), and high thermal conductivity. It is easy to process, strong, and highly durable, resisting warping and maintaining its shape over the years. Given all these characteristics, it is the most frequently used metal in the production of windows, doors, partitions, and more.

Gemini каза The primary disadvantage of aluminum is its high cost, driven by the significant energy consumption required for its processing.

In architectural terms, aluminum profiles are divided into two main categories:

Non-thermal break aluminum profile (also known as a "cold profile") – Cold profiles are the most cost-effective option and are primarily used for spaces where maintaining a specific temperature is not essential. They are made entirely of aluminum and feature a lightweight construction. The main disadvantage of this type of profile is its high thermal conductivity, which leads to condensation during sharp temperature fluctuations and humid weather.

This profile is primarily used for the manufacturing of doors, windows, and partitions in interior spaces.

Thermal break aluminum profile – this is used to overcome the disadvantages of the cold profile. Thermal profiles consist of two aluminum sections joined together by a polyamide insert, which acts as an insulator and provides thermal and acoustic insulation. The width of the thermal insert is of critical importance for achieving high-level insulation. This type of aluminum profile is especially suitable for the production of exterior windows, entrance doors, and more.

In addition to the material from which they are manufactured, window systems can also be categorized according to their opening mechanisms.

Sliding is an opening mechanism most often preferred when there is insufficient space for sash clearance, and it is primarily manufactured using aluminum.

Aluminum profiles can be powder-coated in the entire range of RAL colors or anodized in shades with a matte or metallic finish, ranging from gold to black. Through the process of sublimation, aluminum profiles can be decorated with patterns imitating wood textures, marble, and many others. The options and combinations of different colors and effects are endless.

But the right choice of aluminum profile is not the only thing that matters. A key factor for the final product is the choice of a quality manufacturer. That is why at TIDiem Plast Ltd., we make no compromises!!!

Which is to say, the profile alone does not achieve the required effect by itself!!!

Why did we at TDM Plast Ltd. put our trust in the VIVA PLAST aluminum profile?

Because by choosing these systems, we are making a "choice for life." This definition stems from the reliability and durability that these systems provide, meeting all requirements for thermal insulation, soundproofing, and security. It does not require high maintenance costs, and when replaced, the frames are fully recyclable. Not only is aluminum 100% recyclable, but recycling it consumes only 5% of the energy required for its primary extraction. Thus, all of this contributes to environmental protection. This quality is definitely key, especially given that the topic of nature conservation is so vital today.
